Whare Ora (Safe House)

We provide a secure place to heal and have our Kaiwhakahaere Matua onsite  for pastoral care and support. Our approach is underpinned by Kaupapa Māori principles that fosters whakapapa connections, emotional resilience, and holistic wellbeing.

FOR TAMARIKI AND RANGATAHI

Safety. Aroha. Stability.

Tamariki and rangatahi are often the silent victims of violence. We work with the entire whānau to increase safety and support, ensuring the needs of our young people are met. Our services are designed to help them heal and thrive, no matter their age.

For our youngest children, this could mean supporting their access to kōhanga reo and early childhood education. For school-aged tamariki and rangatahi, we can work with their school to secure extra support, or help them explore hobbies, interests, and pathways to positive community engagement.

Every child deserves a chance to grow up in a safe, loving environment, and we are committed to making that a reality.
